Camera systemsVision Master - The efficient all-round system for all image analysis tasks The Vision Master is an extremely efficient and very flexible image processing system that fulfills the challenging requirements of the filling and packaging industry. Integrated into the packaging lines, it guarantees desired product quality by monitoring and controlling the packaging process. To exclude production downtimes due to failure of filling and packaging units, intelligent camera systems monitor the filling and packaging functions. Incorrectly filled products, insufficient packaging material or incorrectly packaged units are thus excluded from the production process in time. The open solution offers also different interfaces, which allow the connection to other systems. Data analysis for the functional feedback to the hardware, for statistical evaluations and reports as well as archival storage are therefore given.
