Beyond a mere final package: The end-of-line automation section receives primary packages and transfers them for further processing, supporting counting and stacking. If desired, an upgrade of the quality control center by check weigher, metal detector, product reject, printer, and coder, is feasible.
Operating at outstanding speeds, our flexible bundlers fill primary packages into boxes. The number of primary packages per box, as well as their alignment can be freely chosen. Fast format changes add to the machines’ exceptional productivity. Fully integrated palletizers round off this end-of-line automation: Highly efficient palletizing robots are adaptable to specific customer requirements – for example by optional safety devices and special covering materials.
