Chemicals Liquid
Liquid
A case for the expert: Liquid chemicals require specific dosing systems. Media or liquids of high or low viscosity with sensitive structures – the requirements to a packaging project are highly diversified. Accordingly, there is great diversity in current dosing technologies.
Product ranges
- Plant protection and fertilizers, such as pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, insecticides
- Washing and cleaning products, such as washing powder, professional cleaning products, car care products, brake cleaner, scouring powder, toilet cleaner, concentrates
- Refinery products, such as additives, engine and
transmission oil - Chemical products/others, such as disinfectants, adhesives, laboratory chemicals, construction

Diversity of closures isn’t lesser. Filling precision, flexibility, output and product purity are additional factors of the filling process that need to be considered.
S.F. Vision, a brand of Optima Consumer, offers its customers competent advice and leading technologies – adding up to a safe and future-proof investment.
Machine types and features
- Semi and fully automated filling and closing machines (filling volumes range from a few ml to 24 l, with versions from one to 24 filling positions)
- Monoblock machines (max. filling and closing capacity 220units/min.)
- Single-serve lines (filling and closing machines for single-serve packs with a max. output of 600units/min)
- Turn-key lines
- Final packaging
Dosing systems
- MDM (Coriolis mass flow meters)
- IDF (magnetic/inductive flow meters)
- Servo-driven hydraulic piston pump
Closing machines
- Maximum output for clock-pulsed versions up to 60units/min and for continuously operated versions 400units/min for screw closures, pressing-on/in closures, plugs, trigger closures and spray closures with riser pipe
- Suitable for all standard closures
Assembly machines
- For most diversified requirements, e.g. for multi-component containers
- Ultrasound and other welding and gluing methods
Handling systems
- Air-rinsing systems for bottles
- Container grouping
- Insertion into trays and boxes
- Picking and assembly of product components
Technologies
- Servomotor drives, e.g. for an infinitely variable control of processing speeds
- CIP/SIP systems for automated cleaning and sterilization of filling devices
- Optimum accessibility and reliability
- Outstanding precision
- Also suitable for problematic, e.g. viscous products
