Sales department reorganized – firmly focused on the product lines

On September 9, Hans Buehler (managing director of Optima Group) introduced Martin Sauter as the new general sales manager of the Consumer Division. At Optima Group Consumer, Martin Sauter will be responsible for the global distribution to the food, chemical and cosmetics industries. His competencies will further include project planning, project management and after-sales service.

Interpack: A window to the packaging world

When considering an exhibition, it is a common practice to review figures and facts. The show organizers reported a very successful Interpack 2011. Whereas 171,000 visitors came to the Interpack in 2008, the year of the financial crisis, only 166,000 guests were counted in 2011. The share of international visitors at 60% remained stable, just like the number of the exhibitors (2,700). Does that indicate a setback for an industry so accustomed to success and records?

More Focus and Further Expansion for OPTIMA GROUP consumer

Optima Group has announced an important structure change of its Consumer Division. A decision was made to bring the companies Kugler, SF Vision and a portion of Optima Filling and Packaging Machines together under one roof. In the future, the Consumer Division will be further expanded and focused as one enterprise.

Further increase in turnover for Optima Group

After reporting constant growth over recent years, the trend continued in 2010 as the consolidated turnover of the Optima Group reached 210 m Euro. The company produces filling and packaging lines for the sectors pharma, consumer and nonwovens, and further includes in its portfolio manufacturing systems for life science products.

Ground-breaking ceremony at S.F.Vision

S.F.Vision has a new construction project: With the new hall, a surface of approx. 1,300 m2 will be added to the existing building. ‘In the future, the company will have a surface of about 5,000 m2 office, production, and warehouse space,’ explained Rainer Feuchter, managing director of S.F.Vision, at the occasion of the ground breaking ceremony on September 16.
