This line can process the smallest batches and even individual products, but also large lots. For the first time ever, the MODULINE features fully automated processes – for the most diversified types of cosmetic products.
Round or square containers, spray pumps or screw caps, small or large filling volumes – regardless of batch size, format changeover has ceased to be of concern. It is automatically triggered by an RFID chip in the transport puck. Via a code, the chip informs the machine about functions and parameters required for processing a specific container type. Format changeover is then carried out without requiring any manual effort on mechanical components or intervention at the operator screen. Ensuring that the high output level is maintained.
The design of the MODULINE is extremely flexible, so that output and equipment can be adjusted to the market requirements. This is made possible by an innovative design of the transport system which supports adding the relevant function modules for nearly any imaginable customer requirements. These modules can be exchanged as needed if assortment or markets vary. With minimal effort, output can be increased from 60 to120 units/min, and the line can switch from liquid to viscous or powdery products.
